The room was cozy, but we got only one toilet roll for two nights.

missingWrote a review on 14 Novfriendly staffpoor shower design
The staff was incredibly accommodating and eager to assist, making the overall experience much more enjoyable.
The shower door design was frustrating, as water consistently pooled on the floor outside the shower area, creating a slippery hazard.

The location was quite convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away. I appreciated how clean the room was upon arrival. The breakfast options were plentiful and filled quickly, ensuring I didn't miss out. the room felt cramped for my needs. The bathroom was especially tiny, with the shower area lacking privacy. the absence of basic amenities like a hairdryer or fridge was disappointing. The staff were friendly and eager to help, but I wished for a more comfortable overall layout.

The shower faucet lacks proper temperature control!!! The room is poorly designed!!! A better ventilation system is necessary for such tiny spaces!!!

We had a great group trip! The staff was super friendly, and the location was convenient with a metro station just a 4-5 minute walk away. We visited a few attractions and found local shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast options were also good. Perfect for our needs!
The bathroom door offered little privacy, which was a bit awkward during our stay.

Just a reliable pick for getting around area in Madrid with fantastic value. The staff were very friendly and helped me heat up my takeaway food in the microwave. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you.

missingWrote a review on 20 Junfriendly staffconvenient locationcramped bathroomlimited breakfastdifficult navigation
The staff stood out with their friendliness, making the experience welcoming. Proximity to Puente de Vallecas Metro Station offered easy access to the city, and having a Carrefour nearby was convenient. navigating from the metro with luggage was cumbersome, and the room layout felt cramped, especially the bathroom design which lacked privacy. the breakfast selection was quite limited, making it less appealing for an energizing start to the day.

Good budget spot with a twist
Had a decent stay for 3 nights. The queen bed was surprisingly comfy, and I loved that breakfast started at 6:30 AM! The area isn’t the prettiest, but a 24/7 Carrefour nearby is a lifesaver. Just a heads up, hauling luggage from the metro can be a pain with no escalators around.

I loved how comfortable the Double Room with Bunk Bed was, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly good for a budget hotel. The sun terrace and garden area offered sweet spots to chill out after a busy day. My only little gripe was the occasional noise from the street, but it didn't ruin an otherwise pleasant stay! 😊
